GabaPentin plus clonazepam withdrawal

Hi

I tried gabapentin 200mg for 3 weeks for migraine but was aware it coukd also help with anxiety. Was supposed to Titrated up to 1800mg but i stopped cold turkey after 3 weeks as it seemed to make me depressed. I gather I should have tapered but as I was emotional it didn't happen somehow.

Periodically through that period and afterwards I took clonazepam 500ug for sleep either a quarter tablet or half a tablet.

I have been experiencing bad withdrawals past few weeks.

Either a full morning or afternoon of anxiety. Sleep disruption too

I know it seems like baby doses but I'm very sensitive to meds it seems

What could I do
