Increased anxiety after the holidays?

I don't know, I've had increased anxiety ever since the holidays came around. And I think its very noticeable now after New Year's Eve. I did drink ALOT that night and ever since, I've been so anxious, had occasional low moods and I've been having a small pain in the left side of my chest which only makes my health anxiety worse. Will I feel better in due time? Thanks.

Going through the same thing now. I'm sure it's just do to the stress of the holidays. As your stress goes down so will the pain in your chest.
