How do everyone live with their anxiety?? I was just diagnosed with anxiety and panic attacks in April of this year. It’s very scary that this won’t get better. It’s like my quality of life has been taken from me and I’m m only 32, with 2 children. Some days I feel like I will never feel like I used too.

No, anxiety doesn’t ever fully go away but it can get a lot better. You will see in time. Also, you won’t be the same person in the aspect that you’ll end up stronger. It’s a learning process that’s for sure. Arm yourself with all the knowledge you can about anxiety and watch how each day gets easier. Hope and Help for Your Nerves by Dr. Claire Weeks and the Anxiety Guy podcasts and YouTube channel help a lot! As does meditation. 🙂
You can definitely recover. Anxiety disorder is the most common mental health issue in the U.S. and possibly the rest of the world. There are some good self-help programs and resources including the one's KRN210 mentioned and you can also check out alittlepieceofmind.co.uk and the DARE anxiety program. Also consider working with a therapist who treats anxiety disorders, if you aren't already.
