Hi, i am 36, 5 years remission from lymphoma and have had the joy of anxiety ever since. Comes and goes, long spells, short spells and probably every symptom it can throw at you. 1 goes and another appears.

Never tried a forum before but thought it might be good to chat with others in the same boat.

Usually find a bit of comfort knowing other people are having the same struggles.
