Hi does anyone else that suffers from anxiety have the following..... When standing feels shaky inside..... Heart is pounding.....pin point pain in chest..xx I av this all time is it anxiety or something up with my heart???

Hi I have had this for the past 2 weeks constantly nothing seems to calm it . People can’t understand what I mean when I say I’m shaking inside but it’s an awful feeling , do you also feel like a rush of energy in your chest all the time that makes you panic ? Never spoke to anyone with similar issues as me so sorry if you don’t want questions xx

I airways get warm sensation in my chest which brings on missed beats... Its scares me so much mxx

It’s awful isn’t it , I feel like I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t in fear , but surely there must of been a time I wasn’t , I fight sleep which is obviously exhausting. Are you on any medication ? Xx
