Panic or anxiety attack?

I’m kind of new to this and don’t have an official diagnosis. I’m wondering if this sounds like either a panic or anxiety attack? I started having trouble breathing ( it felt like I just couldn’t get enough oxygen, I was having trouble catching my breath and taking deep breaths was difficult), felt light-headed, headache, heart felt fluttery, sweaty and started crying. It came out of no where, I was lying down watching tv. Has anyone had similar feelings?

Milhil, We are not professionals and cannot provide a diagnosis. However, if you find the symptoms you describe to be recurring on a regular basis, it would be wise to see your doctor.

In the meantime, deep breathing exercises can be of help. There is a scientific reason for why this works. Close your mouth. Breathe slowly in through your nose to the count of six (some say 4). Hold for two seconds. Purse your lips, and breath slowly out through your mouth to the count of six (some say 4). Repeat until your body relaxes. Resist the urge to breathe faster.
