Like now it’s 9pm x
yes it is true the earlier you need to wake up the earlier you take it but you should be ok i used to take it at 10 and have to wake up at half 6 for work im currently on maternity leave now. It also helps you sleep
I might wait until tomorrow at take it a earlier then😣 I’ve heard it helps the sleep which would be nice I wake up quite a lot haha
yer i was going to say starting a new med like this i would start it on a weekend or a day where you dont have to wake up the next day as it takes a while to get used to but defo helps with sleep you pretty much want to sleep about an hour after taking it . Aww bless ya hope it helps you then
Yeah I’ve just read online about 2 hours before bed, im always up at 7 weather I have to be up or not, I should’ve checked this earlier really ! Thanks so much! X
Aww bless ya no worries x
I was on amitriptyline, a very effective anti-anxiety anti-depressant that's been around since the 1960s and is coming back into popularity as it has fewer side effects than other meds. I don't believe it matters what time you take it, I used to divide the dose between immediately going to bed at night and first thing in the morning. No problem. It does make you feel a bit tired but not so that it interferes with your day and it gives you dry mouth. You should find this a helpful med.
Does anyone know if I can take ibuprofen with the Amitriptyline ? X
