So my doctor is switching me from Zoloft to citalopram, he told me to take 25 mg of Zoloft for 2 weeks and 5 mg of citalopram and then after 2 weeks stop Zoloft. Is it normal to take 2 together? I’m a little worried. The pharmacist said it’s ok but I’m scared of serration syndrome

Both of those are such small doses I’m sure it’s fine.
