Hi all,
So I've dealt with anxiety my whole life I guess, but being at university it progressivly got better then worse. It was like a rollercoaster, going up and down, but mainly in conjunction with deadlines and such. Anyway I finished my degree, but decided to go back to university and do a Masters. However, I said to myself this summer whilst I was back at home was the time to go and speak to a GP about it and get onto a road of some sort of recovery. But my main GP service is back at university, and Im not registered back home anymore, whilst to see a GP here I would have to fill out a temporary NHS form. Would the temporary GP appointment be able to help me and refer me to further mental health options, or would they say that I would need to speak to my actual GP. Sorry for the NHS based question, but their website doesnt seem to leave me an option to contact a helpline that can offer advice? Unless one of you can give me a helpline or any other advice?
Thanks
