Leg pain.

I've barely had any leg pains at all for the last 4 weeks, but they suddenly just started around this week. I've been concentrated on my legs for a whole month, and so I think that maybe the cause though. Everytime I walk, I pay attention to my legs and how I'm walking, and so this causes it to feel like walking is taking effort. Same thing while sitting down, I sometimes concentrate on my legs and so when I feel tiny bits of pains, I start to focus more and more until I get more pains or aches. Sometimes it barely bothers me, and sometimes it does. This issue started after I read about ALS and how some people who got ALS were having leg pains before being diagnosed. As a result, I just want to know if constantly concentrating on my legs while walking for over an hour, and checking on my legs repeatedly to see if there are any pains is what's causing the aches I've been getting. I think the answer is 100% yes, but I just want to completely make sure of this, because I don't want to waste my time nor my family's time by going to a doctor and having them completely rubbing off my symptoms as anxiety related. Just seems dumb to me, and so I don't want to do anything unless the issue is serious. If anyone doesn't understand what I mean, while you walk, try and put your concentration onto your legs moving, and just focus on it. You'll get what I mean, I used to have the same issue with breathing. I legit thought I had breathing issues because I was so focused on my breathing that I assumed I wasn't getting enough air at some points.
