I literally feel like I’m gonna pass out. I have sweating hands numb feeling over body feeling extremely nauseous and sick to my stomach I’m so afraid I’m gonna pass out anyone feel like this ????

Yes I do.. especially the numb feeling and feeling as if I'm going to pass out .... did you start your mess back up?
You need to try and slow your breathing down a bit and concentrate on taking deeper breaths in. Xx
