Can dry eyes make your eyes feel so heavy and tight or could it be a b12 deficiency as I’ve been suffering for weeks and it’s affecting my eyes so bad causing blurriness and I just never feel refreshed in a morning after getting washed now. Just feel as tho a weight is on my eye lids all the time pushing them down.

Some medications result in dry eyes. You can get drops that are like srtificial tears, in the U.K. the Savers chain sell them at very reasonable prices.
