New Health Anxiety

Anyone have anxiety about blood clots? Recently i've been so nervous of blood clots or stroke. I'm about to be 28. I haven't seen a dr yet because I don't have insurance and when I saw the dr in the past I'm always told its anxiety and no tests are ever done. I seem to have all the symptoms. OR IS JUST ANXIETY MESSING WITH MY BRAIN? I have random twitching in both my calves, 2 years ago the twitching was in my feet. also experiencing an uneasy feeling in my legs and sometimes aching calves. I also still get random chest pains and feel like my finger tips are tingly. When i'm feeling everything at once it makes me feel like it's the end of me. I used to be on Lexapro but it seemed to stop working and I want to try something else. I feel hopeless at this point. The anxiety in my mind is unbearable!

I definitely get chest pain and tingling in my fingers plus I’m overweight so trust me I immediately think I’m dying. I’ve had these symptoms and more and honestly the more you believe it’s your anxiety the easier it gets. I have had all types of test and they all came back fine. Heart test blood sugar pressure you name it at one point I was in and out of the ER for months. Nothing ever showed up. Anxiety and your mind are truly so powerful......... it’s hard to believe it’s just all in your head but it is!

that sounds a lot like me. I'm overweight too so now I think everything I feel is triggered by that. I haven't been able to lose weight since having my daughter 2 1/2 years ago and that's also when my anxiety problems got worse. thank you levymaria
