Lexapro day 2

Today was so much better! I ate a bagel before taking it and no nausea at all. Yesterday I took it on an empty stomach and that was a bad idea. I definitely got drowsy...hoping the side effects stay this low key from her on out. Can’t wait to feel the full effect that everyone speaks so highly about.

That's awesome Halloweenguy! I'm glad eating before taking it helped. Each day you'll probably notice yourself feeling a little better. I remember the first day I made it through without having an anxiety attack after I started taking it. I felt like celebrating! I took my entire family out for dinner, lol.

This gives me inspiration. I don't know if you saw my rely to your other post about the first day, but I got really dizzy and off-balance on my first day of Lexapro yesterday. Though my doctor and I think it was because I didn't eat anything for so long and my blood sugar may have dropped (after eating I felt better). I am going to try my "second day" on Saturday with lots of food and water to see if the dizziness was a side effect of the Lexapro or if it was my blood sugar. I say Saturday because I am off work then so if anything happens it won't be embarrassing like it was when I got dizzy at work yesterday and had to go to the ER. Thank you for this and I will give Lexapro a second chance. So many people love and recommend it.
