Hi,has anyone been offered or tried an online cognitive behaviour course. I have been told I have panic disorder anxiety and offered this course. Just wondered if it is any good.

No, but I'd to have one since I work long hours.

There is an NHS service called 'Silver Cloud' which offers this kind of CBT, with a named IAPT contact, available via phone or e-mail.

I found it helpful and it consolidated some of the earlier CBT I had done.

Thank you. I have been offered it via the doctor so it will be the nhs one, apparently there is a waiting list but I have been added it to it.
