Is it possible to be stressed even though I’ve only just gone back to work? I do run a company with my brother and things are going good I just don’t know why I’m feeling so anxious and making silly mistakes so early in the year

With anxiety we always expect the worst. Maybe you are over thinking and concentrating on the bad instead on the positive aspects of things.
