Does anyone else with GERD feel like they are swallowing cotton balls when they swallow? If so what is it and why?

I have GERD but I’ve never experienced that. It sounds like maybe dry mouth? Are you drinking enough water?

Sounds like a dry mouth. Not that you have it but if you have other annoying symptoms you might google Sjogren's Syndrome. It causes dry mouth as well as doing the same to other moisture producing glands. There are other things that can be a part of it too, like aches and pains.
