Was told i have "orthostatic hypotension" ? Thoughts?

has anyone else been told they have this along with their anxiety? apparently my blood pressure drops around 20 points when i stand up.. all they told me to do was where compression socks.. but i can't even get them on my feet.. and i know for a fact this is not causing my other symptoms of dissociation, derealization, confusion, light headedness, dizziness, trembling, etc.. thoughts?

It will cause dizziness trmnlong and nausea as well as an intense desire to sit or lie down

I belong to a website called Inspire, there is a big group EDS Ehlers Danlos Syndrome that discusses POTS at length and how to control the symptoms
