Hi all I’m new here. Suffered anxiety for many years and it got worse last September. I tried to manage it but eventually took 50 mg of sertraline. Then 100 and now from the first of January 150. So that’s four weeks but I still haven’t felt any benefit as yet. How long should I give it before going back to the doctor?

Did you up the dose yourself or with the agreement of doctors?

With the agreement of the doctor. Seem to be levelling out now. So fingers crossed it’s starting to work!
