Hi everybody I am new here. I’m 22 and have suffered anxiety since 2013. I have recently started having health anxiety about a year ago. First I was worried about my heart and now I’m worried about low blood sugar, I keep getting shakiness and I’m scared that the doctors are missing it 
my anxiety has been out of control lately.

I know how you feel, I was worried about my heart too and I have done so many ekg's. I finally accepted my heart was ok and now I'm having little pains on my left side which has my panic full blown again. I know how you feel. Now I'm feeling weak depressed after I was fine for days. Are you seeing a therapist ?
