I get freezing cold and have to pee a lot, anyone else get this?

Does anyone else get really cold during/after a panic/anxiety attack? Have to go to the toilet multiple times and feel really lightheaded

Yes, I get either freezing cold or boiling hot. Anxiety is a weird beast!!!!!

I pee constantly when I’m anxious but yes especially when I’m cold. At one point I was convinced I had a lesion on my spine which was making me pee so much. After an MRI it turns out it was anxiety but it shows you how strong the mind is.
