Well i have GAD and fighting me fourth relapse I guess you can call it since there been some improvement but it’s so slow and just sucks !!!!! Just want to hear about everyone’s recovery stories please

Hi Whit,

I also have GAD. I don’t know that you ever fully get over your anxiety I never have but you can “overcome it” I suppose, or that’s what I’d call it in my case. For me personally a lot (not all) of the things that make me anxious are things I don’t need to worry about but do anyways. I’d say I go through “anxious spells” where something triggers my anxiety (sometimes I don’t know what) and I go through a few hard months but eventually I think I just naturally come out of it. But I’ve found that finding people to talk to who know how anxiety feels can help like here.
