So nervous and worried feel trapped

Hi after resigning my last role after getting sick my work have offered me a new role which i don't think I'm going to surrive because of the hours and my confidence and I'm not very creative. The hours are 7.15-9.15 3?).15-6.¹5 and school holidays 7.¹5-6.15 I feel I wont be able to surruve and feel scared
