Have any of you seen The Secret? I just saw it and wanted to know your thoughts. I feel like some of the advice could be used to combat the different anxieties we have. What do you think?

I have read the book. I really like Eckhart Tolle (he is one of the contributors to The Secret) and have read almost all of his books. I do believe that it could work for anxiety. If anything it couldn’t hurt to try. 😃
