anxiety depression. panic attacks

hi there had to do new account as could not remember password got took off citalapram for my panic attacks and now been put on duloxetine 30mg was weaned off others before these but having horrible thoughts now of self harm and worse only been on these 10 days now just wondered if anyone else has been on these for some advice please thank you xxx

I am not on those but I am on citalopram 40 mg can I ask why you were taken off of them?
