Anyone ever feel like confused because they’re trying to focus on one thought but other thoughts get in the way or you feel easily distracted ? I’m learning to try to say to let go but it’s hard because I’m so used to acting out any thoughts I have , for example if I want to cook but I randomly think of finishing up something else ...I get distracted or frustrated . Now I’m trying to let go. But it feels like I have a mind fart or something , combined with sinus congestion and tmj , feels like my mind is going nuts . If anyone can relate , share your thoughts . I only wanted someone to talk to . My upper back gets so tense when frustrated and it travels up my neck . :/ Anxiety sucks so much .

Ive tried meditation but my minds like a butterfly, all my thoughts fluttering all over the place. Even when i listen to relaxation music my mind just wanders onto unwanted thoughts. Guess its a skill to focus on one thing. x
sarahjaneR. you have to find what works for you best. Just listening to relaxation music, or rain drops doesn't do it for me. I need to listen to someone guiding me through meditation and deep breathing along with looking at the calming video. and even with that, the voice of the person needs to be right for you. It's gotten to the point now that within moments of listening to my favorite videos, my mind goes into relaxation mode. Almost like a trance...but it did take a long time to get there. So don't give up. xx
