I have to go see the eye doctor on the 30th and I still haven't gone anywhere I'm only scared of giving my self a heart attack last time I had to go somewhere it was to my doctor to be diagnosed with panic disorder my heart rate was 197 that's why I'm so scared here lately I can control my heart rate doesn't get that I normally 70-80s 90s to 100 when working out. Can I give myself a heart attack ??

Heart attack is unlikely unless you have underlying heart disease. Been living with palpitations long enough to know that. Did you try propranolol? It is a beta blocker, safe to take when needed. It slows down your heart rate, it works great for me I am speaking from my own experience, please consult your GP
