Heavy chest

The past couple of weeks I’ve been having a heavy or weak kind of feeling in my chest very dull under my both breast area and centre of chest. It doesn’t hurt me it just always feels kind of achey or weak like I said. I’m sitting cross legged right now and kind of slouchy and can feel some discomfort. I also feel an on and off rushing sensation in my left forearm. What could this be? Anxiety? I don’t wanna get all worked up just wondering though. Thanks

Anxiety can cause a tight, heavy feeling right under breasts like a tight band... and also can get the same sensation around your forehead.

I have it right now! Under my breasts. Very uncomfortable.

I also get the rushing feeling in various limbs. I chalk that up to my antidepressant, Celexa.
