Brain will turn off?

Lately I’ve been having this odd fear that my brain will “Turn off” or “stop remembering” how to make me talk and move and function. It’s pretty scary. Can this happen? I keep questioning how our brain makes us able to speak out words I just don’t get it...What if I lost the ability to do this? I know it sounds silly but I’ve been thinking about it so much lately. Need reassurance thanks

Im wondering, do you smell strange or bad smells ever? Phantom smells and does your head ever feel so tight and hurt so bad like its going to explode??
