Your anxiety has nowhere to go eventually

It’s been with me for 3-4 years, the last 12 months I can honestly say I thought I was dying. Thought I had a incurable, life limiting, fatal illness. From time to time the illness would change due to the symptoms but the result was going to be the same.

The thing is 12 months down the line and I realise I am not dying. This isn’t the end. What it is is realisation that anxiety is terrible and a battle but not life ending. So anxiety you can go away I am not playing your game!

mattmorris, you are absolutely right in that anxiety is not life ending. It may be life changing for a while but it doesn't have to stay that way. You've given enough of your time in playing this game, it's now time to win matt and collect your prize. Freedom from Anxiety :)
