I’m tired but am concerned about my sleep and the rice I just want to sleep normally again. 😣

Danielle, that grain of rice if it did lodge where you believe will have dissolved away to nothing by now and any residue removed by the mucosa that covers our membranes so I say you can stop worrying about that now.
