Weird feeling in my head

For a few days now I have had a weird sensation/feeling in my head. Like my brain moves and I have pressure at the back of my head and sometimes for a split second I feel that I'm going to pass out. It's not lightheadedness it's a really unusual feeling that I feel a bit spacey. It's hard to explain. Has anyone had this or something similar before? Please tell me your feelings of what it feels like and if I should be worried please. Thank you

Oh no it's horrible. I hope it's nothing to worry about. I'm sick of new symptoms it's sends my anxiety through the roof.
