Scared Of Growing Old?

This is going to sound...so selfish.

But i fear aging, i want to be young forever. This isn't normal and i know it. I know it's wrong, becausing i should appreciate aging. But, I'd honestly rather die young than die old. I just-

I feel so wrong feeling this way. So, i sorta have guilt on top of my shoulders because of it.

To be forever young is everyones dream but we are in zero control over the aging process and we nust accept it i fear dying at a young age but i see the elderly and fear being a cripple as i age so we must take care of our aging shell so that we can FEEL young when we are old

I said this to my nan once and she said if you dont grow old you will miss the chance to say whatever you want and not be blamed for it.
