Hello I suffer from sever anxiety and Saturday I was walking to the store and all of a sudden the left side of my body was feeling like pins and needles like it was asleep. Then there was this cold burning sensation in my chest back and arms. After I got home I got really sick with a stomach virus. Here it is Thursday morning and that burning sensation came back. Trying to figure out if it's anxiety or something else. Help
