Hi my name is Sandra I am currently dealing anxiety, I feel very low within myself and it is stopping me from doing a lot. I don't feel like myself anymore.

Anxiety certainly makes you feel low within yourself it takes so much out of us dealing with it so how you feel is quite normal but with the right support things do get better

How long have you been suffering ?

Did something trigger it of ?

Have you seen your Doctor and getting any treatment ?

Sorry for all the questions it is just the more you would like to tell us the better we can try and give you some advise

You will find so many people in this Community that understand how you feel and there is always someone about to listen so hopefully that will help a little knowing you are not alone

Thanks for replying. I do feel so bad am under the Dr. On a additive at night but feel so very tired weak. Not eating I have to get better do you live in Essex ? Where I live please reply ?

Hi Sandranunn1. I find it helpful to find a hobby that I enjoy and do something in that hobby daily. Mine is arts/crafts. Yesterday I played with powdered suger and food coloring (everything inside a zipped baggy).. Different, but fun!
