Worries about strep..

My throat bothers me at the moment but not when I swallow it started yesterday no fever left ear hurts a bit today & neck has been aching to not stiff I sneezed twice two days ago.. comon cold or strep? Advice ? I know strep can get real bad..

Any suggestions on what I can do?

The best to do is NOTHING your freaking out over colds.. stop looking for illnesses your just going to end up finding one thing and blowing it out of porpotion... i sneeze 5 times in one shot a good 10 times a day.. im not sick.. i get shooting head pains daily.. im still alive.. you spend more time worrying about non lethal things your going to go insane! Stop thinkig and start moving towards brighter goals i have had strep and tonsilitis nearly died after surgery im still kicking i have nearly been hit by cars i actually rode my bike into a car im fine im still kicking look at other people in this world who have no arms or legs they are successful and we are over here panicking about common colds.. STOP WORRYING and START LIVING

I have had a sore throat for weeks which makes me cough daily and jaw shooting pains I just take a cough sweet to help. As well as tongue twitches and something stuck in my throat. Think it’s caused by winter or acid reflux.

I think it’s cause the way I sleep and my neck is tense as I’ve been an emotional wreck the last few days and this had made my physical symptoms worse. Like everyone else says best thing to do is ignore it and not let it bother you as that only makes it worse. If worried see your GP.
