Anyone else since they have anxiety they walk up a flight of stairs or something and get palpitations and can't catch there.breath but used to be able to before anxiety? But it really gets you it of breath easily

anxietymadman123, check your breathing when going up the steps. I tend to hold my breath at times when doing steps which can make you breathless.
