Our minds being anxious

Hi

Anyone ever have this thing where you have a million thoughts in your mind and it’s like your going crazy trying to get a handle on at least one ? That’s anxiety right? It’s stressing me out . Like one minute you’re trying to write something but then you randomly think of maybe something you did earlier or food & it’s hard to remain focused . Any tips on how to deal with that?

One trick I use is talking to my mind Take control of it instead of letting it control you Something like OK mind I'm only going to think of One thing I want to think on something good now like...

Set down ~close your eyes ~focus on this one good thing Say it out load if possible over & over Once you are in control Not your brain then ask it ok is there anything you want to say now? Our minds, bodies & anxiety wants to be in control We have to allow the sensations to be there but know we are ok And always remember to breathe in your nose out your mouth

I deal with this all the time. Just bring your attention back to whatever it is you are doing. Its completely normal for this to happen. It happens to everybody. Minds race and think about everything.
