Dr decreased Prozac to 10mg from 20mg due to extreme side affects and added Propornal since my heart rate is always up. Any one take this ?

Do you mean propanolol ? if so I took this quite regular last year on 40mg dose and now back on that twice a day but as and when I need it - I'm finding that this time its causing a few more side effects than last time, mainly dizziness, aches and tiredness

they are beneficial but they do come with a few side effects, nothing dangerous or too intense, but with every medication, what might give someone no effects could give someone quite alot

Yes darn spell check. I'm on 80mg a day my heart rate for years always over 100 resting and never wanted to take anything until recently when anxiety hit.

Ah fair enough yes I recommend it. It's main purpose I think is for people with high blood pressure or issues with heart such as heart attacks but it does work well with anxiety because it is a type of beta blocker which I think slows the heart down and blocks them adrenaline rushes so it can stop panic attacks.

As I say I've taken without major issue but may fine for first few days depending on dose (mine is 40mg twice a day when needed) you can feel sick and dizzy because it's slowing your heart down to a level your body might not be used to but this is normal. A higher dose I'm not sure about but imagine the stronger the dose the strong the side effects for first few days out.
