Couldn't get up ??

So about 2hrs from now i was doing meditation and i fell asleep and i was trying to get up but i couldn't it was like i was stuck there my eyes was open but i just couldn't get up it was scary tbh has anyone else experienced this .

Jamescrider2, I've had that experience, only wish it would happen more often. It only means that you are in the deepest part of your relaxed mind and body. Believe me if there were an emergency, your body would respond. Next time it happens, enjoy the moment and don't fight. Accept the peace and calm, we get so little of it.

i was thinking could it have been sleep paralysis?

but i think ur right bc this never happened to me but when i was lying down i was listening to u and i fell asleep and thats when and i woke up or something i think i was dreaming but couldn't get up but its the first time that its happened was it the meditation or sleep paralysis? Wat u think
