Feeling of something in chest,relieved by deep breath for timebeing

hi, i am raj,43 yrs old

i am on sertraline hydrochloride 50mg twice daily since 45 days and clonazepam0.5 mg once at night [ which was stopped now and started tofisoflam 50mg at night since 3 days] my problems are

My anxiety is reduced to great extent,but feeling of something in chest[cant explain] ,may be pressure ,contineously which was temporarily relieved by deep breathing..After stopping deep breath it again it comes back.......when i get anxiety ,it increases along with tremors....what is it and how to reduce it???

After taking 1st dose of sertraline, tremors started....Are tremors are becos of sertraline ??

This is 3rd time i am on sertraline,

1st time be4 2 yrs,i have severe panic attack which was relieved by this drug in 20 days,but took it for two months and stopped...took clonazepam for 20 days with it.

2nd time after a year due to some stress which was less than previous, again anxiety started,which was relieved by same drug[sertraline 50mg twice ] along with clonazepam for 20 days.....Totally i took for 5 months [with tapering dose for a month]

3rd time after 2 months of stopping this drug, again due to same stress ,very low level, again anxiety started.....but now 45 days passed but relieving very slowly

Is this means response is tapering to the anxiety with same drug ??

[severity of Anxiety attacks are becoming less,but relieving time is increasing]
