If those symptoms would just go away i can find peace & serenity!! I sometimes wonder myself if Aniexty has anything to do with my symptoms 😕😷

Have you seen a doctor? I could also be season allergies? Sometimes my nose gets stuffed because of anxiety. Have you tried taking medication

I have seen ENT ive never had sinus issues before he got me on a nose spray i think not going to do anything ive been seeing dr"s since april test MRI's CT & blood work all are good i really wish its just seasonal but my (?) how do you know your aniexty is causing the suffy nose??

It's just something I've notice, when I start to get anxious my nose starts to run or gets stuffed

Guess i need to pay more attention cause when i get anxious or excited the tight band feeling comes around my head i be in the middle of a conversation bam there it goes i can be happy
