Rainy weather

Its raining where i live and it making me depressed. Does anybody else feel like this when it rains?

Most definitely. The rain makes me sad or begin to think of things that can only heighten my anxiety. Unless I am doing something I can direct my attention to

But rain is a great way to get a free car wash!! It doesn't rain too much in California (except this past winter), so for us it's a nice change of pace. It's very common for people to feel that way however, especially when it rains for long periods of time consecutively.

I try to embrace the rain. I find it soothing, especially when you're laying in bed and you concentrate on the rain drops falling on the roof of your home. Makes me forget about everything else. Just a different approach to rain.

Yes, constant heavy rain and dark grey days at times certainly do not help people's mood. Everyone always seems happier when the sun shines, which isn't a lot in Scotland! 😄

I do at times if we get lots of it but we hardly ever get rain where I live in Queensland. So sometimes it's amazing! And I think I get depressed more in the winter than summer

when out in pouring rain it kinda feels like soul cleansing.sometime I like it.
