I want to share something that modified how i saw my anxiety and made me feel motivated into overcoming my issues. It is The Anxiety Guy - someone who have previously suffered from Anxiety/depression/panic disorder, etc for 6 years and has overcome these issues. He creates youtube videos and podcasts talking about anxiety and tips to overcome your issues. He also has a program which i am currently doing and let me tell you..I have improved so much!
I just wanted to share this to inspire others into overcoming their disorders in a way which is very quick and effective.
