If it's not one thing, it's another

I get over one thing, then something else happens and throws me for a loop. I've been doing okay until yesterday. I did a small stretching workout and then almost right after, my eyes got fuzzy. Mostly out of my peripheral vision. When that stopped, a headache followed. Finally went away after an hour or two. Then right before bed, the same thing happened again. I fell asleep and I woke up in a panic this morning worried about it happening again. I got up, and sure enough it did. This time only one eye did the weird jumpy vision out of my peripheral and then a headache followed. I took two Tylenol, and my anxiety meds. I've got myself worried sick that I've got an aneurysm or something. Somebody talk some sense into me

Sounds like it could be migraine. I get visual aura of migraine, but not the headache. But the last time I got it, it felt like my head was buzzing afterwards. I wouldn't worry, it comes and goes probably with exertion. Annuerysms don't have any symptoms until they rupture and you would know that was happening, the pain is suppose to be very intense. I lifted something heavy today and saw white sparkly stars in my peripheral vision in one eye. I just think the more we think about things the more we bring them on. Hope you are feeling better. Believe me, I get going from one feared symptom to the next always wondering if it is bad.

It's awful. I know it was a migraine because I'd take Tylenol and it would go away. I'm better now, thank goodness. Except I'm waiting on it to happen again because it scared me to death. I wish this would all just GO AWAY
