Anxiety
Unfortunately no. I have tried old-school new school and the in between mood stabilizers and antidepressants. Nothing honestly has worked well enough to recommend .Once again anxiety and depression go hand in hand. Clonazepam which is a benzodiazepine is the only medication in the last 15 years that helps . I take half of a .5mg tab every morning. No more no less. Good luck stay positive
It's been 3 years since I've looked back at these posts and I do agree 100% with "Hardluck" I have chosen to take Clonazepam at 1&1/2 daily. (1&1/2mg total). This has worked for me for over 10 years. People who abuse drugs are making it more difficult for people with real anxiety problems to acquire this medication because it is a benzodiazepine and controled. I've never abused my medication. I don't know whether it's a good or bad thing but I'm to afraid of dying! Now it's 2020 and the time frame for flying is slowly disappearing due to the Covid-19 virus. The only form of travel I actually enjoy. People ask why I'm bothered by driving a car when I'm not afraid to fly. I don't know.
I think there's plenty of ways you can minimize and maybe overcome it. I mean I didn't even know I had anxiety until this hell depersonalization/derealization hit me. I know that some food and exercise help. Also some supplements. I'll tell you more once I see the holistic doctor this week. Maybe she will give me some good info to share.
