Yep, I know the feeling. I'm sorry if you are feeling it right now. Anyway, when my I had my full swing anxiety few days ago, I feel like I can't think, I can't eat, so what I did during that timw is to remind myself not to give-up and give-in to thsse feelings, instead force myself to get-up then look for somethibg to do. Hope you'll be okay soon ☺
Music, upbeat music and conversation if possible will help
