Hi AmelieAnxiety12, since you are new, we really don't have any background as to this being a problem whenever you do eat out. However, breathing slowly before the business meal will help in calming your mind and body. When at the meal, give yourself time to relax by allowing others to interject and talk. Don't feel the pressure of having to talk and eat. Having some water between your meal
will help it go down better. Something warm to drink (non caffeinated) will ease the upset stomach feeling, preferably tea. The biggest thing is slowing down your breathing. You will be okay, erase any negative thoughts from your mind. You can do this AmelieAnxiety. You can.
