Does anyone else take meds? I don't think mine are working

I take amitrypiline and it's only helping with sleep not with anxiety. It's low dose so maybe that's the problem. And it sure is not helping with Dp/dr. What are you on? I was on Zoloft a month ago for 6 weeks and that didn't work neither

I'm sure many of us take medications and keep a vigilance on how they are affecting us by keeping a daily diary, so when you talk with your doctor, you have specific information to share with him/her. Maybe you could think about doing that.
