Dr put me on buspar. 15mg twice a day. Today I couldn't get out of bed cause I was so woozy...finally managed to get up around 4pm...feel like somebody beat me up and drugged me. Hoping it's just temporary...or too high dosage. 😩

Hi. I started out with half a 7.5 in the morning at 6:30 and half in the evening around 4. After a week I upped my dose to 7.5 in the morning and half in the afternoon until finally settling on 7.5 two times a day and am finally good. I found a whole pill (7.5) twice a day was too much at once so you might want to try going up slowly. I was getting dizzy and had anxiety (go figure), but now I love these pills. If I forget one dose or even a day it doesn't matter.

Thanks. I think I am going to do 1/2 pill twice a day and see if I feel better.

I talked to dr. He told me to take 1/2 the pill 7.5 for 7 days once a day than 1/2 twice a day after that. Said I5 x2 was too strong. Wow. I figured that out myself. 😩
